While we do many shows during the year, our shop is online only. At present, we have no physical store front. If you'd like to see us and our wares in person, check our events page. We are based in New England.
HOW TO PURCHASE FROM US
We have several options available for purchasing from us:
Webstore - Our webstore uses an online merchant service with secure server for processing orders and payment can be made with PayPal or most major credit cards.
Telephone Order - Call us at 978-758-6838 and give us your order and payment information over the phone.
Mail Order - Fill out and print this order form (PDF format or MS Excel format), and send with payment to the snail mail address listed below. We do accept personal checks and money orders (from the United States only), and please be sure to include an email address with your order so that we can notify you when the order will ship.
Fax Order - Fill out and print this order form (PDF format or MS Excel format), and FAX with your payment information to 978-448-3805. Please be sure to include an email address with your order so that we can notify you when the order will ship.
*Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt.
*All listed prices are in US dollars. All payments must be made in US dollars.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We will consider custom orders. Contact us with your requirements. We have no set pricing for custom work. The price will vary depending on the materials, difficulty level, and amount of time needed to complete the work. Custom work requires a minimum NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of at least 25% and a credit card number with authorization, or 50% if no credit card is provided. If circumstances force us to cancel an order, deposits are returned in full. If the client cancels, some or all of the the deposit will be forfeit depending on the amount of time/materials already invested in the project.
SHIPPING
We usually ship via UPS or US Post Office within 48 hours of credit card approval or check clearing. For our US customers, shipping varies between $5.00 and $7.00 up to a $100 purchases. For any orders over $100, shipping is FREE.
For our Canadian customers, payment must be placed through our shopping cart using either PayPal or a major credit card. Additional shipping fees may apply.
For our International customers, please contact us before placing your order.
